GaN USB-C chargers, 100 W and 140 W

Two gallium nitride platforms, designed and built on our own lines in Hangzhou. Gallium nitride runs cooler and smaller than silicon at the same rating, which is what makes a 100 W adapter small enough to travel with and a 140 W one practical on a desk.

The range

Two platforms, one board design each

Both are USB-C Power Delivery units built on our own SMT lines. The 140 W model adds a second C port, an A port and a display that shows the live output on the unit itself.

Built here, not bought in

Why the charger and the board come from the same building

GaN adapters live or die on thermal design and on the layout of a very dense power board. Both are decided before anyone sees a sample.

Because the design, the board, the housing tool and the assembly line are in one place, a thermal change, a component swap or a new plug type is a working week, not a new supply chain. It also means the person who quotes your own board has already shipped a product of their own.
